When requesting a quote, please provide the number of guests, if your event is a sit down/cocktail/theatre style and whether you require a dance floor. If your event is a wedding, will you be having a separate bridal table?
Yes. All glassware, crockery, cutlery and any other equipment that has had food or liquid on it must be returned rinsed clean. Chairs etc do not have to be cleaned unless they are extremely dirty. Albany Event Hire reserves the right to charge cleaning fees if items are unsuitably returned.
Due to the geographical span of the Great Southern, the rates vary according to distance, how many staff are travelling and whether more than one vehicle is required. Within the Albany town site, the current delivery and pick up rate (two trips) is $66.00. This becomes greater, the further from the CBD your site is.
Our team can recommend the correct size marquee based on the type of event and what you need to fit under the roof. Each event is different based on variables such as the number of people, staging, buffet areas etc
